Our venue is designed to accommodate guests with mobility needs, including step-free access and accessible restroom facilities. We also aim to ensure that key areas such as entrances, event spaces, and service points are easy to navigate.

If you're going to a big event or concert at B-K, you can only bring a small bag – no bigger than an A4 paper - inside the venue.

B-K’s cloakroom is open during most of our opening hours where you’ll be able to check in your bag or outerwear/jackets.

In general, our events have a strict age limit of 18+, and a valid id is required. In some cases, the events allow entry for ages 13+ when accompanied by a guardian – this will be clearly stated in the event page. Please read more about the specific event that you wish to attend in "What's On" for more information.

You’ll find tickets to our upcoming events on the calendar page. There are a lot of fake tickets being sold online and we do not take responsibility for tickets that are purchased second hand. You will find trustable links here on our website.

Email lostandfound@b-k.se with a detailed description of your lost item and a member of our team will contact you within a working week. You must book an appointment to collect your item. The lost and found is not staffed during the weekends.

B-K's opening hours vary depending on what’s on. Opening hours and general information for specific dates can be found on the calendar "What's On" page.

There’s no need to go hungry at B-K. We always serve food during opening hours at B-K. If you’re going to a gig at B-K you’ll have the option of some delish street food vendors.
